Locally owned and operated, Hillcrest Health Systems has been offering compassionate care for seniors and their families since 1967.

Our family of services include: Assisted Living, Memory Support, Adult Day Services, Rehabilitation after Hospitalization, Outpatient Physical Therapy, Skilled Nursing Care, Home Care, and Hospice Care.

Hillcrest Health Systems has three communities – Mable Rose Estates – located at the corner of 48th Street and Hwy 370; Hillcrest Health Plaza - located on Hillcrest Drive one block north of Hwy 370 and Hillcrest Country Estates located at the corner of 60th Street and Highway 370.

Mable Rose Estates was the first Assisted Living Community in Sarpy County. Here, three care choices are offered . First, the Assisted Living Community offers personal assistance and private apartments designed to maintain a resident’s independence, dignity and privacy.

Also at Mable Rose Estates is The Club - Adult Day Services. The Club provides a lending hand to caregivers by providing a social daytime activity program for adults who need assistance.

Mable Rose Memory Support Homes meet the physical, recreational and emotional needs of individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or other types of memory loss in elegant residential home settings.

At Hillcrest Health Plaza five different care choices are offered. First, Hillcrest Health & Rehab specializes in rehabilitation following hospitalization. Beautiful private suites with state of the art rehab programs speed the recovery process. Outpatient Rehab Therapy is also available at this location at Hillcrest Physical Therapy.

Victoria Gardens offers support for individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or other types of memory loss in a beautiful home like setting

Hillcrest Home Care offers nursing, therapy (physical, occupational, speech), homemaker and companion services allowing seniors to remain independent in their own homes. Hillcrest Hospice Care provides compassionate care with a focus on comfort and dignity of life for patients and their families who are going through the end-of-life journey.

Hillcrest Country Estates is a beautiful 44-acre country setting featuring waterfalls, gardens and trails with convenient access to many of the amenities of the city. The community features: Independent Living Villas, Independent Living Apartment Homes, and Cottages Offering Long Term Care.
